The world as we thought we knew it is changing and our foundational beliefs systems are being dismantled. It is beginning to feel like there is no solid ground to stand on. Many people are feeling like they're losing their footing and the traditional routine of work, sleep, etc. is no longer feeling fulfilling. We need to feel we have a purpose! Our very life force is fueled by connection and love. You are special, with a unique gift and purpose, a reason for being. The world is waiting for you to reveal it! It is time for you to break free of the limiting habits and beliefs holding you back and start allowing the world to see your shine!    The world is waiting for who you are becoming! I truly do believe that this is YOUR year to rise from the ashes like the Pheonix, finally revealing to the world your beautiful, radiant, light.

As you embark on the new year you are inevitably reflecting on where you have been, what you have overcome and creating a vision for where you are headed. This episode (listen all the way to the end) gives you the key to unlock your fullest potential. This year isn't for change or transformation, it is the of your METAMORPHOSIS!

On the right you have all the power to create the life you wish, the only problem you will face is learning what you like and what you don’t. This means you will experience things you don’t like so that you can use the contrast to get more clarity about what you want. On the left you must give away all your power. With no control there is no need to wish or even get clear about what you want, instead you can just resist and prepare for the worst.

These are the only two paths! The time is now to step onto the path of creator and take back your power. Part of the illusion of life is the belief that the world and our experiences are out of our control. This belief spawns many other limiting beliefs that can create immense suffering. Altering this belief is the first step on the path towards having a life so good it exists outside the barriers of what you are currently capable of imagining.

Your power to heal, harmonize, balance, regenerate, rejuvenate and create just about anything relies on this divine union of self.

To change your circumstances, heal your body or transform your life listen to this! It will awaken, enlighten and blow your mind!

To master life and manifest health, youthful vitality, a good home, and loving relationships, you must first learn to master your mind.

The knowledge of the power within your own mind to create the life of your dreams has been suppressed and this has led to suffering. The ancient rishis believed that all suffering is a product of maya, "the powerful force that creates the cosmic illusion that the phenomenal world is real." This disillusionment of the mind causes you to forget that life is merely a dream, and you are the dreamer. This knowledge, like shining a light into a dark room, will awaken you from the spell. Once awakened you will be liberated from suffering, as all suffering is born and healed in the mind. Once the veil of darkness has been removed you will know freedom from lack, scarcity, limitation, and desire which are all born out of this illusion.

This Chapter is your first step towards self-realization. Listen to better understand the three aspects of self and how the interact and integrate. Once you understand who you are in relation to your mind and your body, you will hold the key that can not only liberate you from suffering but, have you living the life of your dreams.

For the past two years I have been working on a sequel to the Path to Freedom! Writing Hidden in Plain Sight- A Journey to Remembering has been such an incredible process. I often feel like the book is writing me. I learn, grow, and expand greatly as I allow the words to flow through me. I do believe that this book is a gift given to me so that I could pass it on to you. Here you will find the first chapter which behaves more like an introduction to the book. The process of recording is new to me...However, the second chapter will be up soon!

It is easy to buy into and believe that you are the person you see in the mirror made up of bones and skin with limitations.

You have accumulated many stories, things, and labels which ultimately place boundaries and limits on you.

The more you associate with the roles you play the further away from your true self you travel.

Be my best friend... Don’t be a grown up. Play with me. Let’s have an adventure, see the world with wonder, marvel at the beauty that is everywhere and search for answers to all of the world’s secrets. Let’s be best friends like the time when best friends meant something. You can tell me anything and I will only see you as perfect, never judging you or betraying your trust. Let’s live in the land of make believe where possibilities were limitless, and joy abound. Dance with me in the rain, splash in the puddles, roll in the mud, get dirty and forget to care. Be daring with a little spunk, fearless, with a touch of loud. Live as if you only have today and stop putting things off till later. Every passing second is an opportunity to choose. Stop choosing “Have to’s and start choosing “Want to’s.” Remember that we are Human Beings not Human Doings, then take my hand and walk the path from the land of, just getting by, to the land of happiness, freedom and ease.
