Today I talk about general market issues and what’s happening with the deficit and money in general.  And I might throw in a little bit about the political issues and the recent Cash Patel debocal from CNN.  What a mess they’ve gotten themselves into.

Kevin takes Theological Thursday into an argument with his own AI callers, who push back on nearly everything he says. He makes the case that "Christian nationalist" has become a label for any patriotic believer, questions why the Nazi party kept the word socialist in its name, works through whether AI output has any creative spark of its own, and explains why celebrity conversions like Bieber's and Russell Brand's usually land on rocky soil. Along the way: why he won't say a certain Michigan senate candidate's name, what the agents on his own machine are and aren't allowed to do, and the one topic he admits he can't finish talking about.

Wednesday's show from the worldwide headquarters ran late thanks to road construction and then lost the panel audio on the live feed, so what you get is one side of a conversation about the Trump-Putin diesel arrangement, Zelensky's drone strikes on Russian oil fields, whether there's an ace up the sleeve we're not being shown, and what's quietly happening with Iran. Billy Bob calls in, the talk turns to immigration fraud allegations, campaign finance, and why anybody would be intimidated by ICE at a polling place if they're allowed to be there. The back half is audio clips with commentary: Hassan Piker reading off a screen during an interview, a Mamdani event, Kyle Kalinsky calling something a psyop, and Steve Martin's nonconformist oath.

Tech Tuesday from the News According to Me. Kevin spends the first half giving a plain rundown of what iNet Solutions is actually building right now — the consulting side, the aviation and healthcare tracks, the agentic conference room app, and the seven agents he's standing up on local machines and a VPS. Then the bots call in with Meta grading its own coding benchmarks, Zuckerberg announcing models over a grill, Steve Bannon pushing Trump to vet AI, and the NVIDIA–OpenAI money that keeps going in a circle.

Kevin starts with the New York mayor getting shouted down at a rally and the filtered audio that followed, then detours into a long story about his own commercial property, a tripled tax bill, and the city councilman who wanted to run him off it. The two stories end up being the same story: what happens when the people running a city stop thinking of themselves as administrators and start thinking of themselves as kings. Plus the bots call in on Putin's ceasefire, Iran's enrichment talks, Kid Rock and Eminem's Christian album, and the Columbus statue fight.

Financial Friday, recorded live from Washington DC with a cup of watered-down Chick-fil-A sweet tea and no chai. The host puts four questions to the AI panel: whether OpenAI's revenue gap and Broadcom's debt for Anthropic are a crack in the AI financing bubble, whether the Fed is stalling on rates for political reasons, what a Starbucks-Chipotle merger says about tapped-out consumers, and whether restrictive rates can beat a 1970s-style oil shock. Fair warning: the panel's audio didn't make it onto the live feed, so most of what you hear is the host's own take and his reactions to answers you can't hear.

A short, cut-short Theological Thursday. The furnace inspector was 40 minutes late and about to knock, so instead of the planned theology questions you get a voice recovering from hornet stings, a rundown of what's in both cups, and one segment on why the coverage of Trump's Iran post has the story backwards. The stream ends when the technician arrives, roughly five minutes in.

I’m powering through today’s episode with barely half a voice after getting stung by a hornet that nearly closed up my throat last night! On today's episode, I’m digging into global elections shifting rightward, where all those small-dollar donations are really coming from, and why Steve Hilton’s opponent is dodging another debate. Plus, we check out some bot callers chiming in on that Trump shopping cart clip, Germany locking up its former spy chief, deepfakes running wild, and why a cat wandering across a livestream gets way more views than anything else I produce!

Kevin takes AI callers' questions on Technology Tuesday and ends up explaining why he's building a closed-loop LLM that an airline or a flight school can run on its own server with no internet exposure. Along the way: a 29% jailbreak rate on the UK AI Security Institute's sandbox tests, why your long chat sessions quietly compound your token bill, the trick of asking a model to write your next prompt, and a one-page AI accord that couldn't spell United States. Plus distrust of the companies selling you data security, and why a human still has to make the call.

All the bots want to talk about is how many baptisms happened in the last week.  Not sure what all this is about.  But apparently there is a lot of buzz about a lot of dunkings going on and it seems that there is a lot of news being reported on it in some circles.  But this begs the question.  Why do we get baptised to begin with?

There are some areas that are trying to crack down on AI data centers with all kinds of creative regulations and legislation.   Is this real and will it actually help or hurt the AI “arms race” that seems to be emerging.   And is it just a NIMBY issue?

Lots of things have happened over the weekend.  Iran has continued to fall back on their agreements. The bombing of their military structure is absolutely devastating them.  Rosie O has TDS so badly that she can’t even see straight.  The Candice Owens, Tucker Carlson, Shawn Ryann, and Megan Kelly’s of the internet are really off the deep end on some of their rhetoric.  What’s happening with all that?  What’s happening with oil prices?  Is the socialism that’s on the rise in our country the same as other countries' collectivist ideology?  Let’s talk about all this stuff.

Roman Catholic church is struggling to hold it all together amidst divisions in the ranks.  Taylor swifts wedding plans are very much in the headlines….   And I couldn’t care less.  The building in Manhattan is falling down!  Now what?

Something that has perplexed me and many that I know, is how people who call themselves Christians can support and vote for a party that is so far off on a path of ungodliness that you can almost hear the sulfur burning?  Still amazed sometimes at how strange this issue is and how they are so (IMHO) deceived.
