Are you feeling flatlined by grief, trauma, or life’s chaos? Are you tired of fluffy words and empty promises from self-help books? Is your joy hiding somewhere with your lost car keys?

In this honest, hope-filled podcast, we’ll bring back a heartbeat of love and laughter to help you use your past and present to inspire others — by elevating God’s Word and His promises above the negative self-chatter so common in today’s society.

If you enjoy fun family antics, a fresh perspective, and some candid opinions, then join me as I open up my personal journals — and the Bible — to talk about the messy, real stuff. Together, we’ll refocus your frazzled mind, cling to hope, and use Truth to transform trauma, so you can finally reclaim the joy within!

Hey friends, I thought I would give you a little intro as to what I feel led to live out in this podcast. A new purpose has been brewing in my life to elevate God’s voice above the worldly chatter because it seems like there is noise coming in from every angle and we can’t seem to find peace or a clear direction!

My passion is to help the faithful ones sit with Jesus just a little while longer. To show the courageous ones how to find peace in the current chaos AND finally, to share my heart with the trusted ones who want to go through my personal journals and laugh with me (notice I didn’t say laugh at me!).

Most of all, I'm here to bring a good laugh and refreshing perspective to those of us stuck in the monotony of our old patterns when it comes to responding to this world. It's important that we talk about tough topics like relationships, parenting, marriage, your past, and present pain if we want to gain clarity on our current situations. I'll bring you my heart’s wisdom and hopefully we will laugh more than we cry. Lord knows I’ve done enough of that for all of us.

We will discuss God's word and see sometimes how the enemy can twist our giftings and fill our minds with negative self-talk, which I believe is one of our biggest challenges plaguing our world today. My intention is to connect you closer to the source of God! I'm not a bible scholar or the Church Lady. I'm just a mother and wife who connects with the Lord.

My desire is to share my heart and teach you how God can connect with you too! God's communication may look different or sound different for each individual but I know if we listen closely we will find GodlyNoise all around us. Today, my intro to you is to go find peace wherever you can and sit with it for as long as you can because God is waiting to speak to you. Until next time friend!
