Hellbent

Bait

Dom Zook — Wed, 28 Oct 2026 07:00:00 +0000

Listen in on episode 6 of Hellbent - a Weird West actual play using the Year Zero Engine RPG with GM Jasmine Bhullar.

Vincent confides in Sylvia about the wisp and his own loneliness—maybe he was prey, not hunter. Mei, using a "borrowed" page from Madam Zarya's notebook, identifies it as a Mote of Yearning, caged and sold for the memories it grants. The party decides to use Vincent as bait, setting up a magically warded camp at the woods' edge as night — and a storm — close in.
