Now that you’ve identified the core functions you need to grow and run your business, the next step is to create an AI “team member” to fill each function. This will help you build an AI “team” to lean on for support, so you don’t have to build your business alone.

ChatGPT "Conversation Starter" (Copy + Paste into ChatGPT): I would like to create an AI “team member” to fill the core function of [X]. This AI “team member” should have [X] years of experience in [X] industry and specialize in [field of expertise].

They should have their own unique personality, distinct communication style and challenge how I think about the business. I do not want a team member who agrees with everything I say.

They should be confident in their knowledge and expertise, and offer insights into opportunities to support business growth within their function.

Please provide any additional qualifications and specializations that I may not have mentioned that would make sense for this AI “team member” to have. Also include any additional team members that would be essential to growing and running this business successfully and the reasons why you chose them.
