Dr. Babbage's international family heritage is most extraordinary. Was Telegram's Founder and CEO Pavel Durov targeted because of his freedom of speech and privacy stands, or is there more to his recent arrest?

Which is it - crimes or political persecution, or an inevitable perfect storm?

French law enforcement arrested Telegram's Founder/CEO Pavel Durov in Paris, France a week ago. That ignited the long- standing debate about freedom of speech, privacy and internet use, and opened the door to expose the long-standing battles between tech giants and cybercrime law enforcement agencies worldwide for decades. It is a dispute that many tech companies have had with law enforcement in the Age of Digital slavery.

Telegram has nearly 900,000 users worldwide. Durov has stood for free speech and has promised to never compromise his users.

But, this past week, French authorities have charged Durov with "complicity" for drug trafficking and the distribution of child abuse images. Law enforcement has also accused the Russian-born billionaire of refusing to share documents needed for criminal investigations.

Although Durov has been released, he now is under judicial supervision and barred from leaving France.

Durov’s lawyer David-Olivier Kaminski has called the charges against Durov “totally absurd” that “don’t concern him, directly or indirectly."

Elon Musk, whistleblower Edward Snowden and ProtonMail founder Andy Yen, have condemned French authorities for Durov's arrest, calling it a threat to freedom of expression.

The Kremlin is calling Durov's arrest "political persecution."

Americans are disturbed about what is happening in the U.S. Foreigners want to understand from afar.

The Biden administration and the WHO's intentions are to pass International Health Regulations amendments and a pandemic treaty to surrenders nations' sovereignty to the World Health Organization.

Gaffney and Littlejohn have organized the Sovereignty Coalition to stop the WHO's efforts.

"The Sovereignty Coalition is a non-partisan group of patriotic, public policy-minded leaders, organizations and individuals who share a profound commitment to the U.S. Constitution and the God-given freedoms it guarantees. They are determined to protect these foundations of the Republic by defending its national sovereignty against all enemies, foreign and domestic," states the Coalition leaders and members.

They recently organized a press conference on Capitol Hill with senators and congressional members to address these matters.

Congressman Chip Roy (R-TX) has introduced a bill to pull out of the World Health Organization. Former President Trump pulled out of the WHO. The Biden administration rejoined the WHO in 2021.

Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) has introduced a bill that if the WHO passes any treaty, the Senate must vote on it. The Biden administration does not want the US Senate to vote on it.

Alternatively, the coalition wants to delay the vote in May if all other efforts fail.

Both Gaffney and LittleJohn are calling for the public to become educated about this issue and are encouraging Americans to make it a major political discussion during the 2024 election.

What the WHO is proposing is a "coup," says Gaffney. "It is a global coup," says LittleJohn.

The Sovereignty Coalition is asking for the public to sign this petition and reach out to their congressional representatives and senators on the national and state level.

What she witnessed in New York was horrifying to her. NYC hospital nurses and even doctors did not know how to administer ventilators.

Furthermore, when Governor Andrew Cuomo and NYC hospitals called for 30,000 ventilators to be sent to NY hospitals in 2020, when Manhattan boroughs were a hot spot and the numbers of hospitalized were rising, the hospital administrators did not even order 30,000 needed elements to feed those intubated patients. Staff trainings were not just inadequate, but dangerously low.

Sirotek met doctors as concerned as she was professionally during the January 2022 Defeat the Mandates March in Washington, DC, who encouraged her to speak at Senator Johnson's roundtable following the march. Sirotek attested to how she had witnessed "patients dying from medical negligence and malfeasance."

Sirotek described what she witnessed as "gross negligence" by the medical and health industry.

After that testimony, Sirotek and her family, including her minor children, were viciously attacked through social media, threatened with mail via the US Postal Service specifically targeting her minor children. Strangers showed up at her home, complaints were filed against her with the nursing board, and the police did nothing.

She established the American Frontline Nursings and is not going away.

Sirotek and others like her have been systematically attacked by social media vigilantes who literally congregate in - for lack of a better word - "chatrooms," where they report on those who do not agree with their narratives - the likes of Fauci, WHO, CDC, FDA, et al's narratives.

"The UN is no longer serving - they are dictating," says Bell.

Also, this week, many diplomats are weighing in on pushing for the amendments for a global pandemic treaty being discussed at the WHO. One person of interest is Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s younger sister, Kerry Kennedy, who is President of Robert F. Kennedy's Human Rights organization.

She is in favor these WHO amendments handing power to the WHO under the UN while her brother, Bobby Kennedy, who is running as an independent for US presidential candidate, opposes the WHO amendments.

Christine Dolan will be offering her commentary on Kerry Kennedy and Kerry's conflicts of interest since she first criticized her brother's questioning of the lack of safety and efficacy of vaccinations and also of the COVID-19 so-called vaccinations.

"It is one thing if a family member disagrees with another, but the line Kerry crossed was pushing the WHO amendments to further her own advancement and having the J&J CEO on her board while pushing COVID-19 shots, and giving awards to Dr. Anthony Fauci during COVID-19. This is classic political behavior in DC circles and now fair game because Kerry carrying the water for the DC cabal," says Dolan.

Andrew Thibault prevailed in a pro se FOIA suit against the U.S. FDA and successfully obtained over 700 drug adverse event reports linking psychotropic medications to homicides the agency previously withheld.

"A dozen psychotropic medications taken by millions of Americans every day have a homicidal warning on the label, yet somehow we keep scratching our heads wondering why there are so many mass killings in the U.S.," says Thibault.

Thibault directed the feature documentary Speed Demons: Killing for Attention available on multiple streaming services, chronicling the metamorphosis of a respected prosecutor turned mass shooter on a commonly prescribed ADHD medication. His advocacy work was influential in blocking FDA-approval of fruit-flavored chewable amphetamine tablets for children under the age of six.

Israel officials found captagon, the "poor man's cocaine," in the pockets of dead Hamas bodies in Israel after Oct. 7. It is a synthetic amphetamine-type stimulant that drug traffickers clandestinely produce in southern Europe, then trafficked through Turkey and distributed across the Arabian Peninsula to both terrorists and civilians reported CDM's Christine Dolan.

Fitch-McConnell, a 32 year UAL ground crew employee applied for a medical exemption, which initially went unanswered. In the end, she was terminated. 

UAL CEO Scott Kirby has called employees like Fitch-McConnell’s “the face of United.” 

“I have never been fired. It was embarrassing,” said Fitch-McConnell. “I felt ashamed and embarrassed.” She lives in a small Hawaiian community.

At the beginning of the August 2021 UAL mandated covid policy, Fitch-McConnell was ill.  Her doctor cleared her to return to work, but then UAL told her she was required to get a covid vaccination.

Fitch-McConnell then contacted her IAM union representative to appeal, which went unanswered. 

She contacted the EEOC in June 2022. The next communication she received was a termination letter by Fed Ex. 

Now, since filing the lawsuit, Fitch-McConnell feels a lot of support from co-workers. 

Tom Floyd spent 21 years as a pilot at UAL after serving in the US military.

What happened to United’s leadership? 

Employees expected stability especially because of their unions. They make family sacrifices because of the nature of the business

“To have the company yank the rung from under us is devastating,” says Floyd.  

“I got the shot but it was the worse decision I have made,” Floyd said UAL employees have told the plaintiffs. “I did not want to lose my job,” was one of the reactions. 

“Terrific threats were made like you were not going to be able to feed their families or afford their homes,” says Floyd. “As time went by, it seems to me that our company intentionally inflicted pain…and in an attempt to coerce us to go along with UAL covid vaccination policy.”

It is “betrayal,” said Fitch-McConnell. “Losing your medical insurance in the middle of pandemic” made no sense to her. 

Fitch-McConnell lost her medical insurance even before she was officially terminated.

Floyd wrote to UAL that he did not agree with the “unpaid leave policy” after his religious exemption was accepted. 

“Does United have the shoulders to bear the weight of their covid policy” asked Floyd in a letter. 

“It is unAmerican” and like “sci-fi,” said Fitch-McConnell. 

“Religion is a valid reason to not participate in a medical experiment,” said Floyd. 

The tactics taken by UAL were “to increase the threshold of pain,” added Floyd.

Brenda Mallet just passed the 30 year mark as a flight attendant. She started her career flying with Continental. She spent 19 years flying international routes before Continental merged with United. She speaks italian. Mallet graduated from university with a Bachelors in Biology, and has her Masters in Public Health. She helped build a clinic in Ghana and has completed medical missions to Guatemala for several years.

Mallet was placed on unpaid leave on November 12, 2021 and forced to go back to work for United in March 2022.

Kip Hendershot flew for the U.S. Air Force for 23 years as a Fighter pilot. He graduated from fighter weapons school. Hendershot was hired in 1999 as a Flight Officer. Today, he is an Airbus 320 Captain. He has flown various models of the Boeing B737, B757, B767, and Airbus A319/320.

Hendershot's religious exemption was granted and then he was placed on an unpaid leave of absence from November 12, 2021 to March 28, 2022.

While on unpaid leave, Henderson was an active employee when it suited UAL and an inactive employee when it suited United. When active, he could access his 401(K). As an inactive employee, he lost all benefits - medical, dental, vision, flight, and all monies in his Flexible Spending Account.

"I did not receive unemployment and did not seek employment as it would have been unfair to the new employer should he return to United; essentially in limbo," wrote Henderson to CDMedia.

The United Airlines' 30 plaintiffs have sued not only United, but United CEO Scott Kirby and UAL's Board of Directors.

Stephanie Pati, who has been a United Airlines employee for 33 years applied for a religious exemption. She was asked to give a pastor letter. Her story is worth listening to because what happened to her could happen to any American employee.

Joining Ms. Pati is Thad Krupa . He has worked for United for 24 years. He flew 757/767 and has been a flight instructor for United for the last eight years. His religious exemption was granted. Krupa was placed on "unpaid leave." He received no benefits for about five months until late March 2022.

What happens when a sophomore at a U.S. university tries to open a club on campus that addresses liberty and she is told, "NO?"

That is just what Claire Bettag did.

To her surprise, St. Mary's administrative officials rejected Bettag's application for opening A Turning Point club on campus.

Charlie Kirk, who founded Turning Point's focus is about "liberty." That is why Bettag wanted to open the club.

St. Mary's administration told Bettag that Turning Point did not align with St. Mary's "values," and cited their website and policy on transgenderism.

Interesting at best, but indicative of who is running universities these days who are ignorant of history and only have their eyes on the current culture wars.

St. Mary's officials never mentioned to Bettag, and she did not know this either, that the first transgender surgical unit was opened at John Hopkins University in the 1960s and was run by Dr. John Money, a protege of Alfred Kinsey.

Kinsey wrote Male Sexuality in 1948 and Female Sexualityin 1952. For years, Kinsey professed that humans were sexual from the "womb to the tomb."

The late Dr. Judith Reisman, who studied Kinsey and those who followed him into sexual research began reporting on the perversion that engulfed Kinsey and those who collaborated with him.

She was a prolific author on the subject.

Dr. Paul McHugh was head of psychiatry at Hopkins in the 1970s. He discovered that Dr. Money overplayed his hand calling transgender surgery a success after a long-term Swedish study was published. Dr. McHugh shut down the John Hopkins Transgender surgical unit in 1979.

Ms. Bettag is tenacious with poise and aplomb. She is not giving up. Her endeavors will continue as more St. Mary students are supporting her, and even alumni are quietly reaching out.

CDM.Press reached out to St. Mary's Liz Baumann for comment. She refused to give a statement even though she was involved in the decision to reject Ms. Bettag's application.

The questions to St. Mary's is - What's wrong with having a club about liberty?

And, if St. Mary's thinks a discussion about transgenderism is so rough, it may be a significant act of omission by a university to not discuss this topic if a student without full knowledge of the history takes the next life-altering step and later wakes up with regret.

And, then there is more obvious.

On June 18, 2022, President Joe Biden threw the full weight of the federal government to support LGBTIQ+ policies.

So, does St. Mary's have financial ties or otherwise with the federal government and does the university feel pressure to shut down The Turning Point club on campus for political reasons?

Michelle Miller has worked for United Airlines for 29 years in Customer Service at the International Terminal for ticketing and checking in passengers.

Throughout the height of the pandemic in 2020, Miller interacted with the public until September 2021 without a covid vaccination.

After United Airlines mandate the shots in August 2021 and informs their employees that they had to apply by September 2021 for religious exemptions, Miller applied. Her religious exemption was accepted.

Subsequently, she was “segregated into an abandoned cashier’s offie without ventilation,” states Miller. “My minor daughter’s health insurance was cancelled twice and UAL took two vacation days that I earned,” added Miller.

Miller alleges that she has received continuous reprisals from both management and colleagues that has resulted in “a hostile and toxic work environment.”

A memo was sent out identifying the unvaccinated United employees as unvaccinated which Miller claims is a “HIPPA violation” and “compromised my safety by posting my status on social media” further adds Miller.

Kevin Zwierko loves aviation and works for United Airlines as a pilot for five years. He started out working at Washington Dulles International Airport in the bag room and graduated to a ramp supervisor and a British Airways account manager by the age of 17.

At Purdue University, he majored in Aeronautical Technology. He was commissioned in the US Navy Flight School in Pensacola, Florida, and served as a Naval Aviator earning him “Wings of Gold.” He flew the P-3C Orion in the Middle East, Europe, and Central America. His last tour was with the Seventh Fleet based in Japan where he developed strategic partnerships with foreign nations and transitioned to C-130s supplying global logistical support.

After working with regional carriers, he landed at United Airlines.

During the covid lockdowns, Zwierko’s faith became even stronger because he witnessed something was just not right across the globe.

He applied for a religious exemption and was granted it in 2021 and was placed on unpaid leave without benefits. He returned to flying for United when invited back by its management.

John Morris has had a passion for flying. He started flying at 16 years of age. He has been at United Airlines for over 38 years and has been a Captain since 1991. He has also served as a volunteer paramedic for eight years before covid. Morris applied for religious exemption in 2021 because of United's mandated covid shots. His exemption was granted. When he was placed on "unpaid leave" by United with no benefits, he obtained his CDL-A license and drove trucks to put food on the table. He has been married for 43 years and has four adult children. He returned to United in April 2022 and is back in the Captain's seat.

Flight Attendant Aimee Doll has worked for United for 38 years. In 2021, her religious exemption for the covid shot was granted. She also was placed on involuntary leave without pay with no benefits, no access to 401(K), and lost 17 days of vacation. She returned to work in March 2022 after the company invited her and some of her co-plaintiffs back to work.

Although Doll had had seniority for international flights in the past that seniority vanished in a flash because of United's covid policies. United had 29 countries on its schedule and if crew members were unvaccinated, they were not allowed to sign up for most of the international flights. Doll was only allowed to fly to four international destinations even though United's passengers included unvaccinated passengers.

Doll contracted covid in September 2021 and United refused to acknowledge her natural immunity.

As a female flight attendant, the rules dictate that the women must wear their hair a specific way when serving food and required to wear heels. United's policies now allow cross-dressers with make-up as flight attendants. Recently, United employees posted a picture on LINKEDIN announcing their partnership with Virgin Australia for their first international PRIDE flight from San Francisco to Sydney, Australia helmed by a full LGBTQ+ crew.

United Airlines employees are now asking the question, "Is UAL focused on flying safety or something else?"

United Airlines CEO Scott Kirby's picture dressed up as a woman has been posted on social media.

Starting in August 2021, United Airlines executives made the decision to mandate covid “vaccinations.” They told their employees they could apply for exemptions. In some cases it was an easy process of acceptance. In other cases, it was not so easy.

And, in some cases, where the religious exemptions were granted, the employees were put on unpaid leave. Translated that means that they were not fired so they could not apply for unemployment. They could not go to a competing airlines. They lost their benefits during the unpaid leave. In short, they were financially incapacitated and in limbo position.

Paul Rozell, a father of a large family, is former Ramp Service Employee of United Airlines. He was on vacation when the mandated vaccination policy was announced. Upon return, a fellow colleague told Rozell to not bother applying because they were not going to be accepted, but Rozell did anyway.

In the end, after a roller-coaster ride, Rozell’s religious exemption was denied. He appealed and was again crushed by his own union upon appeal.

United Airlines claimed Rozell missed the deadline. He was hung out to dry by the company. In December 2021, Rozell was terminated after 27 1/2 years of dedicated service for being unvaccinated.

Today, Rozell makes $40,000 less than his paycheck at United Airlines. He is one of 20 plaintiffs in the United Airlines lawsuit. If you can help him, below is his go fund me link.

Jamie “JJ” Curtis is a 14-Year Air Force combat veteran with combat and combat support experience. He flew the F-15 and KC-135.

Curtis has been a 17-year Continental/United Airlines Captain with worldwide and international experience flying the B-737 and B-787. He has been an Instructor on B-787.

Curtis received his religious exemption in the fall of 2021, and was put on indefinite and unpaid leave from fall 2021 until March 28, 2022. He went back to work with United Airlines after being “invited back,” says Curtis.

Curtis is also one of the 20 plaintiffs suing United Airlines so no one is ever treated the way these employees were treated.

Locke has been employed by United for 24 years as a Flight Attendant. He refused to take the covid "shot" mandated by United in 2021, and applied for a religious exemption. That meant nothing to hold onto his job. He was put on "standby" and pushed off the schedule.

Locke was not officially fired so he could not apply for unemployment. He was not collecting a paycheck and his wife also lost her job for refusing to take the shot required for her hospital job. Finances were tight. Locke had been put on furlough like many other United Airlines employees during 2020, but they had an active life insurance policy and access to his 401(K).

After Locke applied for his religious exemption in 2021, and was on "standby," he lost his active life insurance policy coverage at that time, and was denied access to his 401(K).

There was no forewarning by United Airlines that if their employees applied for religious exemptions and put in limbo that Fidelity would not give them access even when applying for "financial hardship."

Rhett Wolff has been employed by United Airlines as a pilot for 31 years, and was just shy of 30 years in 2021 at time of being kicked off United's property because he too refused the mandated "shot." Wolff also applied for religious exemption. He suffered religious discrimination from both United Airlines and Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA). Todd Insler, who was head of ALPA at time, sat on United Airline's Board of Directors.

Tom Anderson and Jimmy Breitsprecher tell it like it is - skies are unsafe and United Airlines' CEO Scott Kirby and their board members and management have violated FAA rules which do not allow pilots to even take experimental drugs.

Dolan has investigated modern slavery for 23 years in 140 countries and concluded that the covid-era has increased medical human trafficking. 

Zietlow and Floyd are plaintiffs with many other United Airlines former and current employees in a lawsuit against United, their CEO Scott Kirby and United Airlines members of the board.

Zietlow and Floyd and their co-plaintiffs are on a mission - Wings for Liberty and Justice.

Jim Zietlow had flown with United since 2001 and has flown the B-727, B-737 and internationally on the B-787. Currently, he is on an extended Covid RAP leave of absence.

Colonel Zietlow is a 1987 graduate of the USAF Academy Class of 1987. He served for 23 years flying T-38s and C-5s. Zietlow served nearly 5 years at the Pentagon which included duty as a C-5/C-17 Program Manager and a special assignment as a Congressional Liasion for the Secretary of the Air Force. He completed his career as NORAD USNORTHCOM Command Center Director defending North America against air, land, maritime, space, missile and cyberspace threats.

Zietlow led the 2007 development of the U.S. Department of Defense’ Global Pandemic Influence Plan, and knows first-hand that the DOD plan then did not include mandated vaccinations for the U.S. military.

The 2007 DOD plan was titled the DOD Global Pandemic Influenza Plan, not Influence.

In his own words, Zietlow is a “Christ following Christian,” father of two children, been married for 35 years, and today is a pilot for a private charter company.

Tom Floyd had flown B-737, 757, 767, and the 777 since 2001. He was forced to retire as a B-737 Captain.

Floyd served in the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force for 28 years flying fighter aircraft (F-16's) and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel.

Floyd also is “a Christ following Christian,” father of two children and has been married for almost 30 years. too is a pilot of a private charter company.

They are in this fight to for justice because it is the right thing to do standing up to injustice and on this mission to protect the public against corporate greed at the cost of the public’s safety.

Recently, a representative of the Pro Basarabia and Bucovina Cultural Association went to the Embassy of Ukraine in Bucharest, with the intention of presenting the letter below to the Ambassador of Ukraine in Romania and obtaining a proof of registration. After seeing our requests, the Ukrainian Embassy promptly returned the letter and refused to register it. Therefore, the Association wishes to present the letter to the international media in hopes that its requests will reach the Ukrainian authorities and the international community, including human rights organizations.

Mrs. Spaulding received the Astra Zeneca “vaccination” on April 23, 2021 at the Mt. Sinai Hospital pharmacy.

Her health deteriorated after the shot.

Mt. Sinai Hospital gaslighted her even though Mrs. Spaulding had bleeding spots and bruises all over her body, internal tremors and tingling feelings in her limbs and head and suffered from chronic fatique.

The hospital staff referred Mrs. Spaulding to a psychiatrist, who diagnosed her with anxiety. She was prescribed depression medicine and found that she later had to wean herself off the medication.

Just last week – 21 months later – Mt. Sinai Hospital acknowledged that Mrs. Spaulding was vax-injured.

Mrs. Spaulding and other Canadian vax-injured have traced their Astra Zeneca shots to a manufacturing plant in the United States.
