The Cinema Bums finish up the original X-Men trilogy with The Last Stand, a film so famously horrible that the rest of the series is defined by its legacy. The Bums break their own brains trying to parse through the two dueling storylines at play and figure out why third movies are so hard to get right. Elsewhere, listen as Wade recounts a fateful sleepover encounter, Emmet cancels the Oscars, they both desperately try to find any character motivation whatsoever, and Halle Berry finally gets her moment in the spotlight.

This episode was both recorded and released prior to Elliot Page coming out as transgender. We here at Cinema Bums are huge fans of Elliot's, for continually pushing the film industry forward and continually being good in these terrible X-Men movies (as you will hear in the episode.)
