In this guided meditation, given deep into a longer retreat, the focus is on programming your mindfulness, which is not so much a doing, but a seeing. It is about reminding yourself early in the meditation what you don't want to do − problems you have had in the past, which you do not want to repeat. In this guided session, the focus goes first to the body, allowing it to be just as it is, then calming it down. Then the guiding takes you to a past experience of deep contentment and peace, and allowing your mindfulness to rest on the breath, which will lead you into peace and calm.
