We have talked about products, releasing new products, and marketing new products a few times on the Forging The Journey Podcast but we decided to once again dive into our product releases for TA Targets and The Neomag since we both were releasing new items over Labor Day weekend. During a Product release there are many things we are wrestling through. One of Graigs fears is running out of inventory. There is always tension between making the sales right away while people are interested and keeping stock initially for the release. One of Jared's concerns is just simply effectively rolling out a new product for TA Targets. It would be safe to say that we have learned a lot over the last four years of growing our businesses but what we know to be true is that learning is a constant evolution. What we did last year may not make sense this year. We are constantly keeping a pulse on what people see in our companies, making sure we are building trust with our product lines and how we interact. We are constantly analyzing what we are doing and we are searching for ways to become better all the time. Each of us had a slightly different method of releasing our products. At the end of this episode we both gave a rating to our rollouts. While we definitely have a lot to learn, we both feel we did a good job this time around.
