This morning, something unexpected happened.
I decided to take up an old practice I had before my journey through PTSD, I pulled a card to see what the message for the day might be.  The Universe pulled a card out all its own, that had a specific message. And it spoke loud and clear.

In this episode, I share a raw, real moment about healing, timing, and the gentle return of the version of me I thought I’d lost. There was a card. There was a crow. There was a whisper. And there was love.
