Gilberti claims the water has "off the chart" healing properties, distinguishing it from standard tap water, which he says is polluted and causes cancer.

• High pH: The water has a pH of 7.49. Gilberti states that cancer cell mitosis freezes above a pH of 7.36.
• High Minerals: It contains exceptionally high levels of Magnesium (78 mg/L) and Calcium (118 mg/L). He contrasted this with Fiji water, which he said has only 15–18 mg/L of the same minerals.

She was stunned to find it articulated everything she and her friend had experienced. When these soldiers return, they often "protect us" by remaining silent, especially when they sense civilians (and even some therapists) cannot handle their stories. A Soldier's Heart aims to teach civilians and families to "honor that sacrifice... by hearing their stories" without judgment.
